  • Parcel opening video is required for any complaint or query, regardless of the issue.

  • We will initiate a return courier from our side with in 3 days.
  • Once we manually verify the product then our team will initiate the refund within 7 working days.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once the customer has placed the order. No refund will be issued in that case.
